  • Strong middle management and work force

  • A transition that fits you. For some businesses, Melissa steps in as CEO so owners can step back. For others, owners stay on to lead their location or program while we take on the back office.

The financial profile of the business

  • Businesses from $500K to $5M+ in annual revenue. We welcome single-location studios through to multi-site operators.

  • History of stable and consistent cashflows
